All of these features and more are included within your license fee, we will help you setup your office telephony at no additional cost and you can manage features as and when you want by logging into our online control panel.
Time of day routing – direct a call to a certain handset depending on time of day
Location routing – direct a call to a certain handset depending where the caller is calling from
Advanced switchboard IVR menus – setup menus so users can press a digit on their keypad to be directed to a certain phone i.e. press 1 for sales etc
Call queuing – setup sophisticated queuing systems that will notify your client of the number of callers waiting and give them options and information whilst they wait
Hold music – Upload your own music on hold (subject to having permission to do so)
Call recording – with permission record incoming and outgoing calls
Full online account management– manage every features
Call forwarding – forward calls for an extension permanently or at certain times of day etc
Hunt groups – route calls to certain desks in a specific order and at specific times

Additional Connectivity & Dedicated IP addresses
We appreciate each businesses needs are different therefore additional dedicated connectivity options, IP addresses are available at all locations for an additional cost, simply tell us what you need.
*These features are included with your license fee at all locations, except Southampton and Yate where additional charges may apply to set them up, this is due to the fact we use different IT systems in these locations. ** Free calling is not available between Southampton and Yate to other centres but is free between then and within them.
